Artist's Comments

This is a picture that I took on the 4th of July of my two younger sisters. I think it gives the connotation of either memory or living in big sister's shadow (the ghost image is of the older of the two sisters). The one in front wasn't supposed to be so blurry but she 'all of a sudden' got the hiccups and couldn't stay still for the 30 second exposure time. Does this happen to anyone else? It seems like it's impossible to have someone sit for a bulb photo unless they are paying for it. Oh well, cest la vie. Or however you spell it.

i like this... the concept is interesting. and the blur sort of works because you can apply it to any person. so yeah... the faceless aspect is nice. *smile*

Williammm! I love this picture. The ghost image looks really good, and the colors are so contrasting and bright. You always do good long exposures.
